Join the Rotary Club of Joliet for the Walk to End Polio™, part of the World's Largest Polio Walk, on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Rock Run Preserve in Joliet. Enjoy a scenic community walk with family, friends, and even your dog while supporting Rotary's global mission to eradicate polio. Registration includes an End Polio Now T-shirt, refreshments, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the fight against polio.
For more than 35 years, Rotary and its partners have worked to reduce polio cases worldwide by more than 99.9 percent. Funds raised through the Walk to End Polio™ help support immunization efforts, disease surveillance, and outbreak response activities that protect children and communities around the globe. Whether you walk, donate, sponsor, or bring your canine companion, every step brings us closer to a world free of polio forever.

Rotarians joined Northern Illinois Food Bank volunteers to help fight hunger, packing 18,888 pounds of food and 13,020 cans to provide more than 16,000 meals for local families. The Rotary Club of Joliet also presented a $1,000 donation to support the Food Bank's mission of serving neighbors in need throughout Northern Illinois.
Joliet Rotary Club donated $1,000 to Rotary International's End Polio Now campaign in honor of District 6450 Governor Mary Dankowski during her recent visit. The club also announced plans for its Walk to End Polio on October 24, 2026, helping raise awareness and funds to eradicate polio worldwide.
